DescriptionLaboratory Manager
We are looking for an exceptional manager to oversee the operations and administration of several departments within a level 1 laboratory environment. Responsible for staff of 100.
Requirements and responsibilities include:
Ability to relate professionally and effectively with people. Must have excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical skills,
Budget and financial management experience. P&L experience preferred.
Excellent team building and motivational skills
Responsibilities will include overseeing the operations and administration of the Cytology Dept. Candidate will also facilitate the expansion and growth of the Cytology and Histology Depts.
Strong management experience,
Cytology experience a plus
License/Certification/Education:
Requires a Bachelor. Degree w/3-5 years of experience and must meet CLIA requirements.
